Products
All hair extensions sold by Silverline Hair Co. are naturally grey human hair. Because hair is a natural material, slight variations in color, texture, and thickness may occur between photos and the item you receive. We do our best to represent our products accurately through photography and descriptions, but we cannot guarantee an exact match to on-screen images due to differences in monitor settings and lighting.

Pricing & Availability
We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item.

Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you’re making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping
Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Silverline Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We recommend using tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return Policy, available at checkout and in our site footer.
